2. Must COMMIT to replacing one meal a day with Shakeology
3. COMMIT to working out all 10 days (every day…no slackers allowed!!)
4. COMMIT to eating healthy for the next 10 days

6. Be able to attend the USTREAM results event in 10 days. Details will be emailed to all participants!

-3 easy to follow workouts you can do on your own (or I will include links to workouts) or participants can purchase optional workouts (Slim in 6 DVDs, P90X ONE on ONE, Power 90, Hip Hop Abs Extreme DVD, Insanity Fast and Furious, Body Gospel Sculpt and Sweat, Brazil Butt Lift and Turbofire HIITs)

PRIZE ENTRY:
